PROMO RULES

I. Promotional Period: Promotion begins on Monday, October 24, 2011 and consumers will be given until Friday, January 20, 2012 to redeem certificates for prize item. Eligibility and Restrictions: Void where prohibited by law. Drawing is open to all legal residents of CNMI, 18 years of age and older. Employees of Coca-Cola Beverage Company Micronesia and their immediate family members, affiliates, subsidiaries, wholesalers, promotion and advertising agency employees and immediate family members, and household members of participating retail locations are not eligible. How to Qualify: Prize certificates will be stuffed at random inside "Coca-Cola," "Diet Coke," "Coca-Cola zero," "Coca-Cola Cherry," "Sprite," "Sprite zero," "Fanta," "Mello Yello," "Barq’s," and "Nestea" 12-can pack products and distributed throughout the island. Consumers purchasing "Coca-Cola" 12-can packs will have a chance at finding certificates inside the packaging.

II. Prizes
One hundred ninety (190) prizes with a total value of over $5,000 may be won. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted by winners. Coca-Cola Beverage Company Micronesia reserves the right to substitute a prize with another of equal or greater value. Prizes are subject to change based on availability of supplies and at the discretion of Coca-Cola Beverage Company Micronesia. Prizes may not be redeemed for cash.

III. Prize Redemption: Consumers may redeem prize certificates at the "Coca-Cola" Micronesia office, Building No. 69, Chalan Pale Arnold, Chalan Laulau, Middle Road, Saipan from 8 a.m. to 12 noon and from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday except on CNMI Legal Holidays.

IV. Proof of Eligibility: Organizer reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of age, identity, and residency upon redemption of prize. General Regulations: All federal and local laws apply. By joining this Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Official Promotion Rules. Except where prohibited, acceptance of prize constitutes winners’ consent to the use of his or her name, photograph, likeness, voice, and/or biographical information by Organizer for advertising and promotional purposes without remuneration. All prize claims are subject to verification before any prize is awarded. The decisions of the Organizer are final in all matters relating to this promotion.

V. Disclaimer: By participating in this Promotion, participants agree to these rules and are obliged to adhere to the decisions of the Organizer, which are final and legally binding in all matters relating to the Promotion. All certificates are subject to verification and will be voided if (a) not obtained in accordance with these rules and through legitimate channels, (b) any part is counterfeit, altered, defective, illegible, reproduced, tampered with, mutilated or irregular in any way or (c) contain printing, typographical, mechanical, seeding or other errors. Organizer’s liability for certificates containing printing or other errors is limited to replacement of such certificate with another eligible certificate, while supplies last. Participants assume all risk of loss, damage, destruction, delay or misdirection of promotion materials/mail submitted to Organizer. Organizer and its affiliated companies and agencies are not responsible for printing, distribution or production errors and may rescind, cancel or revoke this promotion based upon any such error without liability and at their sole discretion.

VI. No Liability: Organizer, their agents, employees, distributors, suppliers, sponsors, and representatives make no warranties to entrants or winners, express or implied, (including, but not limited to, any warrant of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or as to the contents of any ads) in connection with this promotion. Organizer will also not be held liable for any consequential damages. Winners agree that Organizer, and its associates, agents and sponsors shall have no liability in connection with acceptance, operation or use of this prize. Winner agrees to accept and follow any terms and conditions set on the prize by the relevant prize sponsor. By accepting prize, participants agree that Organizer and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising or promotion agencies and each of their respective agents, employees, directors, representatives and officers of any of the above shall have no liability whatsoever and shall be held harmless for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind to persons, including death and property damages sustained, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, in connection with or resulting from acceptance, possession or use/misuse of any prize, or participation in this promotion.
